More Greg Weeks-curated Language Of Stone action, this time from Baltimore's Orion Rigel Dommisse, who - if her MySpace profile photo is to be believed - enjoys frolicking about in the woods dressed like she's just been dreamt up by Louisa May Alcott. No surprise then to discover that Fern Knight's Margie Wienk, Jessie Sparhawk and inevitably Weeks himself are all on-hand for some costume folk fun and games. This whole scene would get old really fast were it not for the fact that there's still plenty of notable music coming out of it, and Miss Dommisse is to be counted among the artists in the genre who still have something of merit to add to the great freak folk canon. The jaunty baroque woodland dynamics of 'Alice And Sarah' benefits from some trilling electronic jiggery-pokery, on top of the more run-of-the-mill configuration of strings and kooky vocal. Likewise, the sinister, abandoned fairground vibes of 'Drink Yourself (To Death)' sound splendid with a backdrop of floating synthesizers.（from boomkat）

在Orion Rigel Dommisse的Myspace上我很欣喜地發現，她在influence一欄裏寫有Valerie and Her Week of Wonders。沒想到竟然有著這樣一個女孩和我一樣被這部電影深深影響，熟悉我的人都知道我的名字即來源於此。Orion Rigel Dommisse的音樂風格頗具古典的氣質，她的旋律以及配器一定也受到了為這部電影作曲的捷克作曲家Luboš Fišer的影響，還有她的唱腔，包括她的穿著打扮，都非常古典。這張What I Want from You Is Sweet讓我想起我們都情有獨鈡的這部美麗、魔幻的來自于波希米亞的吸血鬼童話。
